when do I need to arrive on the assembly location on the first day of the tour?

Please arrive at the assembly location according to the time and location indicated on the tour orientation documents. Any suggestion or question, please do contact your group leader in advance. We also can help you make the required reservations for accmadations before or after the assembly time.
