To Giant Adventure Management Team;
I like to write a short note to express my thanks to your team for their good work.
It is my second Giant Adventure booking. Giant Adventure web site is relatively easy to complete my “Tour de Taiwan) booking and payment online. However, when I attempted to reserve an e-Bike from Australia, I noticed there were no online facilities to complete the reserve and payment process. I was lucky to have Savvy Lim helping me through emails, and paper work to complete the credit care agreement for payment.

The credit card payment was first blocked due to bank security implemented by Australia Commonwealth Bank. I contacted the bank and follow up with an international call from Australia to Savvy. Thanks to her team’s quick action (and patience as well), all went well.

I just like to pass my thanks to Savvy, her colleagues and the Giant Adventure team for their great work. It is these peoples make Giant flies high.
